The Poller Hotel offers a small conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 12 persons. The room is equipped with:

- blinds and curtains to darken the room.
Free, broad-band wireless internet access is available. Direct connection with the sitting room next to the reception desk enables easy organization of breaks with snacks.
